Life is 50/50!

50% of the time it's amazing and 50% of the time it's not so amazing! I like to think that my life is more like 80/20 😂 When I learned and really started practicing the concept that our thoughts drive our feelings and our feelings drive our actions, it was life changing for me! You mean I can choose how I feel about everything? I'm not a victim??? What!?! I have all the power? I was all in! Just because I can change my thoughts to feel "better" about a situation doesn't mean I have to. If someone says or does something unkind, it's okay to feel hurt and sad. That is part of life and that's okay! The other thing I have control over is how long I choose to be hurt or sad! Feel the feelings for as long as you need to and then move forward when you're ready!
