What does it mean to "Change your state"?

If you are plugged in to your computer or phone all day long... Unplug! Close the computer, put the phone down and change what you are doing or looking at! If you are sitting at a desk all day long.... Get up and go for a walk! It doesn't have to be a 2 mile walk. Just getting up and moving your body will change your state and help you feel better and more energized! If you are surrounded by people and noise all day long.... Find some solitude and take some time to yourself. Over stimulation is a thing! So is peace and quiet! If you are creating content and using brain power all day long... Chill out and allow your brain to stop working. Watch a movie, listen to some music or phone a friend. Change it up friend! When we change our state, our brain will begin to release different chemicals which will also change how we are thinking and how we are doing it. Need a boost? Change your state! You got this!
